Really Impressed
with your Service
I would like to express my appreciation
for the service provided by all those at Bathroom City. I found the
sales people were happy to provide advice on the products. I made
numerous calls to the despatch office regarding amending my order and
was really impressed by the service provided. Especially the lady who
kindly agreed to let me add the vanity unit on to my delivery for the
following day with only hours to spare.
The staff were at all times courteous, super efficient and helpful. The
delivery arrived nice and early and the driver inspected all the items
to ensure they were in perfect condition. He even offered to take the
empty boxes.
The WC I bought was at least £200 cheaper then elsewhere and I was
really pleased with the quality.
I look forward to receiving the evo seat in due course.

Found exactly what
I was looking for
Bathroom city staff responded to my
initial email very promptly, the images are fine on the Internet, I could
see the picture clearly and the measurements were there also which was
very important for me. I choose Bathroom City as I was looking for a
particular size sink for a very small toilet room at a low cost and
found exactly what I was looking for at Bathroom City.
I think the sink was good value for money and the service was very
good!

Wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to our friends
We received the basin (and vanity unit) yesterday - Parcel force had attempted to deliver it to us twice this week but we were not in so we picked it up from their depot.
Unfortunately when we unpacked the items we found that the vanity unit was damaged (see photos attached). Luckily the basin is fine and in actual fact the parts of the unit which are damaged are internal and won't be seen from the outside.
We would be prepared to accept the unit as it is if you would consider (by way of compensation) providing us with a mono tap free of charge (we were about to order the Diamond Mini Cloakroom Basin Mono Tap @ 39 pounds). Can you please let us know whether this would be a possibility asap.
We received a new tap from you today - just wanted to thank you for your prompt assistance and understanding in this matter. It has been a pleasure dealing with you and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to our friends and using your company again in the future.
