Please read this note carefully.
All delivery dates given
are only and always provisional. Bathroom City transport department
will contact you a few days before the expected delivery date
to confirm that you are ready for the goods. We must stress
even at this point you are strongly advised not to pre-book
contractors, plumbers or engage in any predatory work until such time
as you have all your goods and are happy that they are correct
as ordered and damage free.
Remember we are dealing with fragile products and accidents
can happen. In such an event our staff will be as helpful
as possible in resolving any issues. Goods can be stored in
our warehouses free
of charge for a period of 3 months so you can get your
plumber scheduled in.
Why do you have to pay Delivery? Because the prices are so low we cannot
afford not to and to make sure your goods are handled professionally and
reach you in one piece.
Most deliveries are made from 7 to 14 days. Special
deliveries can take a little bit longer, but no more than 4
weeks.

For one pallet of small goods i.e. anything that can be
unloaded by one driver
(basins, pedestals, pans, cisterns, etc.)
Note : Usually a 4 piece bathroom suite (small
bath and taps) fits on one pallet.
If you order an extra large bath with your bathroom suite then 2
pallets are needed.
For one pallet of large goods i.e. anything that can be
unloaded by one driver (shower cubicles, steam
units, large baths, whirlpool baths, etc.)
Any robust items i.e. (taps, showers valves, etc.) |

Restrictions Apply
Please note restrictions apply to the extremities of
Scotland post codes DG, KA, PA and IV which need to be discussed
with the carriers. Post code KW is price on application. If delivery requires booking in then there
is a £7.50 charge. For complete suites, prices on applications.
Delivery Assistance
In order that we can offer a competitive rate for deliveries as
possible, our vehicles are frequently manned by the driver only.
We would therefore ask you to provide suitable help in the unloading
of heavy or bulky items. The driver will happily deliver to a ground
floor room. As we are not insured whilst on your property we regret
he cannot deliver to upstairs rooms.
Checking Deliveries
The driver will wait while you check the major components i.e. the
bath, pottery etc. There is no need at the point of delivery to
check robust items such as taps, seats, robustly packaged shower
doors and cubicles. We generally allow 48 hours for notification
of any issues on these items.
