Established in 1986 Bathroom City operate a completely debt free
business, with no external
funding, overdrafts or debt, etc.
So rest assured you are in safe hands.

What if I find the same goods cheaper elsewhere?
Bathroom City will not be beaten on price alone. If you find
the same items elsewhere let us know and we try and quote you with
something better.

offer quantity discounts?
In some case yes we
do. Just give us a call and talk to us about it, please or

your enquiry. We are

Your prices are great, but I don't have
a plumber yet! What
do I do?
You can still take advantage of the latest prices and
let us hold your goods for you for up to 3 months.
Question: What happens if things go
wrong?
We have a
full time support team to resolve your plumber's queries. We
can react quickly and
provide valuable assistance to you and your
installer to ensure a smooth and successful
completion of your
bathroom. It's free service before, during and after.
We carry over 10,000
replacement parts on the self.
Question: How long are your
guarantees?
Every manufacturer has there own terms. The good news is
that Bathroom City will warranty all your items without quibble.
In general terms all our products carry a minimum 1 year
functional guarantee. However many manufactures extend the
warranty far beyond this, up to 25 years.
