Choosing a black shower door

Pivot doors: turn on a pivot point and need slightly less swing space than a traditional hinged door.

Hinged, pivot or sliding: which black shower door should I choose?

Hinged and pivot doors swing outwards, so you need clear space in front of the shower. They give the widest, easiest entry and suit most recesses. Sliding doors move along a track and never open into the room, which makes them the better choice for smaller bathrooms or where a toilet or basin sits close to the shower.

Are black shower doors hard to keep clean?

Matt black frames hide water marks well and simply need wiping with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid scouring pads and harsh limescale removers on the frame. Squeegeeing the glass after each shower keeps both the glass and the frame looking their best.
