When you spend £99 or more at Bathroom City, you automatically get 0% interest for four months. You can manage your payments, view your balance and check your monthly statements directly from your PayPal account.

Any remaining balance after the four-month promotional period, or any transaction under £99, will be charged interest at 21.9% p.a. (variable). Make sure you can afford your monthly repayments and pay on time to avoid interest charges.

If you don't clear the balance within four months, or if your purchase is under £99, interest is charged at 21.9% p.a. (variable) on the remaining amount. Keeping track of your balance and payment dates through your PayPal account is the easiest way to stay on top of it.

Who can use PayPal Credit?

To apply, you must be a UK resident aged 18 or over, have a good credit history, have an annual income greater than £7,500, and not have recently been declared bankrupt. You'll also need a PayPal account — you can create one during the application process if you don't already have one.

Returns and refunds with PayPal Credit

If you need to return an item, contact Bathroom City to arrange the return as normal. Once we process the refund, the money goes back to your PayPal Credit account. The refunded credit becomes available again as part of your credit limit for future PayPal Credit purchases, including future instalment offers with us.

Why can't I see PayPal Credit as a payment option?

Check that you have at least £99 worth of products in your basket — the option won't appear below this minimum. If you've met the minimum spend and still can't see it, call us on 0121 753 0700 and we'll help you out.

What happens if my PayPal Credit application is declined?

PayPal manages the approval process entirely — Bathroom City has no control over applications or decisions. If you're declined, PayPal will email you with information about why. You can still use PayPal to check out with your bank account, debit card or credit card. Alternatively, we offer Novuna finance, Klarna and Clearpay as other ways to spread the cost.

Does PayPal Credit charge interest?
