Our design service takes the guesswork out of planning your bathroom. We'll discuss your space, style and budget, then create a full design with 3D CAD visuals, a detailed floor plan and a complete product list with pricing. You'll be able to see exactly how your bathroom will look before you commit to anything.
Showroom and in-person consultations are completely free with no obligation. Home visit consultations cost £50, but if you place an order of £1,000 or more, we'll reimburse you £100 — so you'll actually get more back than you paid.
A showroom consultation lets you see and touch products in person while we talk through your project. A home visit means one of our designers comes to your home to take measurements, assess the space and discuss options on the spot — particularly useful if you've got an awkward layout or want advice tailored to your exact room.
It helps if you have a rough idea of your room dimensions and any photos of your current bathroom. If you've seen styles, colours or products you like, bring those along too. But don't worry if you're starting from scratch — that's what we're here for.
You can book online through our website, give us a call, or simply pop into our Birmingham showroom. We'll arrange a time that works for you and match you with one of our designers.

How our bathroom design service works
Designing a bathroom is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. There are layouts to plan, products to choose, plumbing to consider and a budget to stick to. Our design service is here to take the stress out of the process and help you create a bathroom you'll love for years.
Whether you're renovating a family bathroom, fitting out a compact ensuite, refreshing a tired cloakroom or building something from scratch, our design team can help. We work with you from the first idea through to a finished plan, making sure every detail is covered before any work begins.
What happens during a consultation
It starts with a conversation. We'll ask about the space you're working with, how you use it, what you like and what you don't. If you have inspiration images, mood boards or a rough idea of the style you're after, bring those along — they help us understand your taste quickly.
From there, we look at the practical side. Room dimensions, door and window positions, existing plumbing locations and any structural features all shape what's possible. Our designers know how to make the most of awkward layouts, sloping ceilings, boxed-in pipes and tight corners — the kind of challenges that come up in real homes, not just showroom setups.
Personalised design plans
Once we understand your space and preferences, we put together a design plan tailored to your room. This includes product recommendations, layout options, and advice on finishes, brassware and accessories that work together. We can suggest products from across our range — modern, traditional, Japandi or industrial — and help you mix elements to get the look you want.
Our team can also advise on practical considerations like waterproofing, ventilation, heating and storage. These aren't the glamorous parts of a bathroom project, but getting them right makes the difference between a bathroom that looks good on day one and one that still works perfectly years down the line.
Budgeting and product selection
One of the most useful parts of working with a designer is getting help with budget. We can show you where it's worth investing — a quality shower valve, a well-made vanity unit — and where you can save without compromising on the finished result. We'll always be upfront about costs and suggest alternatives if something is outside your budget.
Because we're a retailer as well as a design service, you can source everything through us. That means one point of contact for products, one delivery, and the confidence that everything has been chosen to work together. All orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses.
Who is the design service for?
Everyone. You don't need to be doing a full renovation to benefit from professional advice. We help people who are starting from scratch with a blank room, homeowners updating an existing bathroom, landlords fitting out rental properties, and anyone who just wants a second opinion on their own plans. No project is too small and no question is too basic.
From plan to reality
Our design service covers the planning and product selection side. For installation, we'd recommend using a qualified bathroom fitter or plumber. If you don't already have someone, we're happy to offer guidance on what to look for when choosing an installer and what questions to ask.
We can also provide technical information on any products we supply — fitting instructions, specifications, compatibility details — so your installer has everything they need to complete the job smoothly.
You can book a design consultation by contacting us directly through the website, by phone, or by visiting our showroom. We'll arrange a time that suits you and let you know if there's anything useful to bring along, such as room measurements or inspiration images.
Yes — our design consultation is a free service with no obligation to purchase. We're here to help you explore your options and put together a plan, whether you're ready to buy now or still in the early stages of thinking about your project.
Having rough room measurements is helpful but not essential. If you can measure the length, width and ceiling height of your bathroom, along with the positions of doors, windows and existing plumbing, that gives our designers a good starting point. If you're not sure how to measure, we can guide you through it.
Absolutely. Small bathrooms, ensuites, cloakrooms, loft conversions and rooms with unusual shapes are some of the most rewarding spaces to design. Our team has experience working with tight dimensions, sloping ceilings, boxed-in pipework and off-centre plumbing, and we know which products and layouts make the most of every centimetre.
We design across all styles — modern, traditional, Japandi and industrial — and we can help you blend elements from different styles if you prefer a mixed look. Whether you want clean contemporary lines, period-inspired character, warm natural textures or bold raw finishes, we'll suggest products and finishes to bring your vision together.
We can provide visual layout plans to help you see how your bathroom will come together. This makes it easier to visualise the finished space and make confident decisions about product placement, colours and proportions before committing to any purchases.
Yes — budget is always part of the conversation. We'll ask about your budget early on and tailor our recommendations to suit. We can advise on where to prioritise spending for the biggest impact and suggest cost-effective alternatives where they won't compromise on quality or the overall look.
