Gold vs brushed brass

Across our range you'll see two names for the warm metallic finish. Gold, used on the Odessa quadrants and the Radiant wetroom panels, is a brighter, lightly brushed tone. Brushed Brass, used on the Radiant framed quadrants, is softer and more muted with a fine satin grain. They belong to the same family and pair happily with brushed brass taps, wastes and towel rails, so combining them in one room looks deliberate.

Framed vs semi-frameless

Framed gold enclosures have profiles running around every edge of every glass panel, giving a defined, grid-like look that suits Art Deco and industrial-luxe schemes. Semi-frameless enclosures keep the gold to the outer structural edges only, with the door edges and centre joins left clean. This is the lighter, more contemporary look and the more popular choice for modern bathrooms, letting the gold read as a fine outline rather than a heavy frame.

Quadrant and offset quadrant enclosures

A gold-framed quadrant tucks into a corner with a curved front, taking up the smallest possible floor area while the frame follows the curve for a graceful silhouette. Sliding doors open without swinging into the room. Standard quadrants come in 800mm x 800mm and 900mm x 900mm; offset quadrants at 1200mm x 800mm and 1200mm x 900mm give more elbow room along one side. They suit wet rooms and larger shower areas where openness matters more than containment.

Gold enclosures are available from 700mm to 1800mm. For compact rooms an 800mm x 800mm quadrant is the starting point. For standard bathrooms a 900mm quadrant or a 1200mm offset quadrant gives comfortable showering space. For wet rooms and larger bathrooms, a 1300mm to 1800mm walk-in creates a generous open shower zone. Measure your available space, account for the tray size, and leave clearance for the door type you've chosen.

The Odessa semi-frameless quadrants use 6mm toughened glass at 1950mm tall, and the Radiant framed quadrants use 6mm glass at 1900mm tall, where the frame provides structural support.
