Small Bathroom Suites

A small bathroom suite takes the guesswork out of furnishing a compact room. Instead of sourcing a toilet, basin and bath or shower separately and hoping they work together, a suite gives you everything coordinated from the start — same style, same proportions, same design language. Every suite here has been put together with smaller rooms in mind, so the pieces are sized to fit without overwhelming the space. Pick a suite, pick a finish, and the hard part is done.

Small bathroom suites

Putting a small bathroom together piece by piece can be frustrating. You find a toilet you like, a basin that fits, a vanity unit in the right colour — and then realise they don't quite look right next to each other. A bathroom suite solves that by bringing everything together in one coordinated set, designed to work as a whole room rather than a collection of individual decisions.

What's in a small bathroom suite?

Most of our small bathroom suites include a toilet, a basin or vanity unit, and either a bath or shower option — the core pieces you need to furnish the room. Some suites also include brassware, a mirror and accessories for a fully coordinated look. The key difference from standard suites is that every piece has been selected for its compact proportions — short projection toilets, wall hung vanities from 400mm to 600mm, and baths or shower enclosures sized for shorter walls.

Shower suites vs bath suites

If your small bathroom has room for a bath, a suite with an L-shape or P-shape shower bath gives you the best of both — proper bathing space and a wider shower area at one end. If a bath doesn't fit or you'd rather use the space differently, a shower suite pairs an enclosure and tray with matched furniture and sanitaryware. Both options come as complete packages so you're not mixing and matching sizes from different ranges.

Why buy as a suite?

Beyond the convenience of everything matching, suites often work out better value than buying each piece separately. You also avoid the risk of discovering mid-installation that the toilet is a different white shade from the basin, or that the furniture finish doesn't quite match the brassware. Everything in a suite has been chosen to sit together, which means fewer surprises and a more cohesive result.

Choosing the right suite for your space

Start with your room measurements. Measure the longest wall (that's usually where the furniture and toilet go), the wall where the bath or shower will sit, and the gap between them. That tells you what length suite you need and whether you have room for a bath or are better with a shower-only layout. If you're not sure, bring the measurements to us — we'll help you narrow it down.

Making a suite your own

A suite gives you the foundation, but you can still personalise it. Swap the standard taps for a different brassware finish. Add a mirror cabinet for extra storage. Choose a coloured furniture front instead of white. Layer in accessories that match the brassware. The suite handles the big decisions — the details are still yours.

What's included in a small bathroom suite?

Most suites include a toilet, a basin or vanity unit, and a bath or shower enclosure with tray. Some suites also include taps, a mirror and accessories. Check each suite's product page for the full list of what's included, as it varies by range.

What size bathroom do I need for a suite?

Our small bathroom suites are designed for rooms from around 1.5m x 2m upward. Shower-only suites need less space than bath suites. The key measurement is the length of your longest wall — that determines what furniture and sanitaryware will fit alongside each other.

Can I swap pieces within a suite?

In most cases, yes. If you like the furniture and toilet from one suite but want a different shower enclosure or bath, we can usually accommodate that. Call us on 0121 753 0700 and we'll help you put together a package that works.

Is a suite cheaper than buying pieces separately?

Suites are often better value because the pieces are packaged together. You also save time by not having to source, compare and price-match individual items from different ranges. The biggest saving is usually in avoiding costly mistakes — mismatched sizes or finishes that don't work together.

Should I choose a bath suite or a shower suite?

If your small bathroom is your only bathroom, a bath suite with a shower bath gives you both options. If you have a bath elsewhere in the house, a shower suite is usually a better use of space in a compact room. Consider how you actually use the room day to day rather than trying to fit everything in.

Do suites come with taps?

Some do, some don't — it depends on the range. Suites that include taps will say so on the product page. If taps aren't included, we can recommend brassware that matches the suite's style and finish.

What colours and finishes are available?

Our small bathroom suites come in a range of furniture finishes including white gloss, matt grey, anthracite, oak and walnut, with brassware options in chrome, matt black, brushed brass and brushed bronze. Check each suite's page for available colour options.

Can you help me choose the right suite?

Yes. Bring your room measurements to our Birmingham showroom or call us on 0121 753 0700. We'll help you find a suite that fits your space, matches your style, and covers everything you need.
