What is a douche kit used for? 

It is very similar to a bidet tap shower head.  It includes a thermostatic valve to control the water temperature and is normally fitted to the wall in your bathroom next to the toilet. It has a shower hose and head and a tricker control button.  The Luxury Shataff is a handheld bidet shower to be used with toilets available in three colours: Gold Mat Black and Chrome.
