Orders under £399:

• For orders under £399, the charge* for a standard delivery is displayed on our delivery information page and depends on the size of the item. We also offer premium options such as express delivery.
   
• * Additional surcharges will usually apply to some areas of Northern Scotland and Scottish Isles, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
   
• *Please note: if your delivery address has access restrictions, please advise us of this as a surcharge/re-delivery may apply for a special vehicle or failed deliveries
    
• You will only pay a single charge regardless of how many products you buy (unless you opt to split your order into multiple deliveries to receive certain products more quickly).

How Long Will My Delivery Take?

• Many of our items are in stock and ready to dispatch from our warehouse - these items are labelled as 'in stock' .
   
• Our standard delivery service for stocked products is 3-5 working days (subject to possible changes at peak time).
   
• Other items not showing the "in stock" banner are specially ordered-in products and with lead times typically ranging from 2-5 working days. For any further details on these items please contact our customer services team, who will be happy to assist.
   
• On the rare occasions that products are out of stock with our suppliers our team will notify you ASAP and discuss the options available. Further information is displayed here.

Split Shipments and Lead Times

• If you choose items with different lead times, you may have the option to split your order into multiple deliveries. Please contact our team to discuss this option as additional charges may apply.
   
• We try very hard to provide accurate stock and delivery time information across our websites, including on behalf of our brand partners. However, we recommend that you do not book tradespeople based on estimated delivery times, and if you are in a hurry we advise ordering in stock items. If we are unable to deliver to you within the timescales advertised at the time of placing your order, we will contact you and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

Express Delivery:

We offer an express delivery service for all stocked items to most of mainland UK at an additional cost of £60

Orders placed between Monday to Thursday before 12pm will arrive the next day.

If your order is placed after 12pm, delivery will be scheduled for the day after next. Please note that orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or before 12pm on Friday for Express, Your order will be delivered on Monday, and if you order after 12pm on Friday for Express, Your order will be delivered on Tuesday, as express delivery is unavailable over the weekend.
